Glenbrook Heating and A/C has once again been very easy to work with. We called them about a possible A/C issue and they were out the next day at the beginning of the time frame they gave us. Dominick was extremely knowledgeable and professional and suggested moving forward with a quote. They were able to set us up with that appointment only a few hours later that day. I had a wonderful experience dealing with Christine on making my appointment. She was very patient with me as I had to reschedule, at least twice. She is very kind and patient and gave us exemplary customer service. I should know as I am a customer service manager. Pierre came out and worked on our system and fixed a vent problem we had in our house. He also did our annual checkup of our whole system. He was so polite and gave us great explanations of what the problem was. If I could give 10 Stars I would! I highly recommend them!
