I had a wonderful experience dealing with Christine on making my appointment. She was very patient with me as I had to reschedule, at least twice. She is very kind and patient and gave us exemplary customer service. I should know as I am a customer service manager. Pierre came out and worked on our system and fixed a vent problem we had in our house. He also did our annual checkup of our whole system. He was so polite and gave us great explanations of what the problem was. If I could give 10 Stars I would! I highly recommend them!
