“I love my work outs with my trainer Christina. She has helped me take the first steps into my fitness journey and continues to help me get stronger and leaner. I had become complacent with my health and the first step was the most difficult which was walking into the door. I look forward to continuing my personal health journey along side Christina and Justin. I really appreciate the custom work outs. The icing on my week is the Saturday class where I may be the most uncoordinated of the bunch but all the clients are so inviting and made me feel welcomed. I appreciate the positive feedback from everyone I have met and I have never left feeling intimated. Ultimately Fitness is more than 5 stars for me!!“

“The Exercise Coach in Libertyville was a terrific experience. My wife and I started in November 2022 to prepare ourselves for our relocation to our retirement home in Tennessee. We felt that we’d need the strength training to survive the packing and the move.It worked great! I saw my strength and stamina increase steadily. And, the good news is, so far, we’ve made the physical move and we’re in the process of unpacking.Thanks to Kevin, Janine and Jim, we are on our way to a more fit and stronger retirement!“

“Last week was my first time training here, I walked in with an uneasy feeling about going to a new gym. While I was waiting, I walked around the premise to get myself comfortable. The equipment was clean and spread out. there wasn't as much traffic meaning people at the hour I went. I couldn't contain my laughter about how many turtles where in that building lol.As I walked around I finally met Kyle in the back room where he was doing massage therapy on a client. He was very welcoming and showed me around the place. From there I went to the back room to change to get ready for my work out! I signed a liability form to ensure that they are not responsible for any injuries and so on. As I was putting my phone away, I was told to download an app to help keep record of my heart rate while I exercise. NEAT. Also He was so ever kind to let me borrow the apple charger due to my cell phone running low on battery.He made me do a series of upper body work out movements knowing about my past shoulder injury he made sure to go easy. Moving on, I performed the exercises given as he watched my form and recorded the kg used on the white board.The work out was great, he had me do:Facepullsseated cable rowsSome sort of resistant pulley machinea series of 4 different ab work on the vibrational machinechest press machineand to finish off; a core machine and a squat for 2 min on the power pad.ab“

“Tony has helped me achieve breakthroughs in my health. When my body is balanced, everything in my life becomes more enjoyable. Because of the work Tony has done, I am able to focus more on my work and actually enjoy going thru my day more because my body feels healed and capable again. Tony is extremely professional about his work. He does an amazing job explaining why the body functions or reacts the way that it does and then proceeds to address the situation at hand. He uses muscle testing (which makes much more sense when experienced in person) to show the change of the body before and after treatment. Every session is filled with healing and I look forward to it every time“

“I’ve been a regular to Spear for nearly 3 years and it has been one of the healthiest decisions I’ve personally ever made. My body feels (mostly) terrific, but I’ve also learned a plethora of additional physical, dietary, and lifestyle changes which have been extremely beneficial. “I recently completed 5 muscle activation sessions with Charlie Cates at their studio in Schaumburg. I did not go in for a specific issue, rather to be sure that my body was functioning optimally (I am an active 58 year old and my "classic chassis" needs to be maintained!). From the moment I walked in the door, I was impressed by their professional studio. It's a calm, welcoming environment and I felt like I'd found the right place the moment I arrived. As for their skills, I left my sessions feeling great and confident knowing that I was on the right track. Charlie thoroughly explained the MAT principles and guided me through each session. I highly recommend Charlie, Julie and Muscle Activation Schaumburg for their health service. My post session workouts and daily activities are accomplished with much more freedom of movement. I am also a regular listener to their "Exercise is health" podcast. Muscle Activation Schaumburg provides the tools to promote my most significant asset, my personal health.“

“I have used numerous personal trainers over the years and Jaynie is the most knowledgeable, best by far. She walks the talk - swimmer, marathoner, cyclist, runner, all around fitness expert. She took me from not being able to swim one lap to doing a 1/2 marathon in 18 months. We have worked together for six years on all facets of training - core, weight training, weight loss..., swimming, running, cycling, cardio, stretching, golf training. There is no better training, coaching partner. I cannot recommend Jaynie enough regardless of where you are on your fitness journey.“

“Training with Lindy at Fit Life for the past three months has been fantastic! Every workout is different and tailored to where I'm at that day while keeping my long-term goals in mind. It's not a one size fits all type of workout. She listens to how I feel physically/mentally at each session and addresses any issues I may be having that require additional attention. We work on all aspects of fitness including balance, flexibility and strength. This is the first time I look forward to going to my training sessions and I'm seeing the results!“

“I credit Theresa and TGA as the most important lifestyle change I’ve made for myself since starting with her back in 2021. “JP Wood Martial Arts is a fantastic place for both kids and adults who want to learn Teakwondo. Both Mr and Mrs Wood are great with the kids and love to joke around, but keep professional. They also teach discipline, integrity and focus. No one wants anyone to fail and the other students jump in the help when needed. We have told many friends/people about them and have made new friends as well. My boys have been here for over a year now and love coming. Higher belts/older age get to use sparring equipment which is a great time to watch. I highly recommend this place for anyone.“

“The class yesterday I took with Melissa and Lori was wonderful! It was a great full body workout utilizing the reformer, chair, TRX and other fitness tools. They took special care to help me with form so I was able to get the maximum benefit from each exercise. I highly recommend them both!“
