Amazing answer for those who are not gym rats but want to stay strong… I have been going for 3.5 years. I started because I wanted to get in shape for a milestone birthday - and a swimsuit vacation in Hawaii. I have kept coming because I realized it was my strength gained at exercise Coach that enabled me to carry my injured dog home on a slippery trail, and to carry the Geri can of water with the strong Kenyan women walking for water.
