“At 9 months pregnant my back and hip pain was so bad I was completely restricted from exercising and barely walking from one room to the other. By my second appointment with Tony, I can walk and exercise again. I am so grateful to have access to my body back.”
“Zachary did a great job leading the Upper Body Strength class. He explained each workout clearly, gave individual attention even though the class was pretty full, and checked my form throughout to make sure I was doing everything safely. I really appreciated how attentive he was and how he made sure I didn't get hurt. Great class—I’d definitely take another one with him!”
“I truly believe this is a great place for young children to learn the basics of martial arts while also having fun in a kid-friendly environment.
My son really loves coming here, and I have personally noticed a lot of positive changes in his confidence since he started taking classes. As a father, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing your child genuinely enjoy an activity—especially when I get to be a part of that experience with him.
One thing I truly appreciate is that this place does not feel like it is just about making money. You can tell they genuinely understand the value of these activities for young children. Teaching little kids is not easy, and their pricing is much more affordable than many other places. To me, that shows they are doing this with passion and care. Without a true love for what they do, it would be very difficult to offer classes for young children at such a reasonable price.
I highly recommend this place to any parent who is looking for a fun, positive, and meaningful activity for their child.”
