The Exercise Coach protocol (based on the Super Slow method) is highly efficient and effective. The Lake Zurich studio is absolutely top notch. The trainers, led by Bruno and Dave, are professional, conscientious, and friendly. Most importantly, the exercise regimen is life changing. If you are willing to work hard, you can reap the benefits of greater strength, energy, and vitality. I started and stopped numerous exercise programs until I began with The Exercise Coach, and I am stronger today than when I started -- over 22 years ago!!

I've been working out at The Exercise Coach in Buffalo Grove for 12 and a half years. I have NEVER been so consistent at exercising! The coaches are all patient and understanding when I have aches and pains and can adjust my workout immediately and with a smile. I need to stay strong for my job and they help me do that every week. I’m just 3 weeks into the Exercise Coach experience but I am beginning to feel a change in upper arm strength and some body positioning. The coaches are professional and very helpful. 20 minutes goes quickly.
