I've been working out at The Exercise Coach in Buffalo Grove for 12 and a half years. I have NEVER been so consistent at exercising! The coaches are all patient and understanding when I have aches and pains and can adjust my workout immediately and with a smile. I need to stay strong for my job and they help me do that every week. I’m just 3 weeks into the Exercise Coach experience but I am beginning to feel a change in upper arm strength and some body positioning. The coaches are professional and very helpful. 20 minutes goes quickly.

Friendly staff! Great workout! It’s the only program I have been able to stick with consistently. It fits my schedule and I’m not a morning person but I actually go there once a week before work. That’s a huge feat for me!
