SPEAR Training Center
“I have been working with James 3x/week for over a year. James is extremely knowledgable, understands my goals, and tailors every session to my current ability while constantly pushing me to improve. As a busy, working mom, I don’t have time to plan workouts and study technique. Our standing appointment keeps me accountable, forces me to make time for my own health and wellness, and ensures I’m being efficient with my time in the gym, while achieving my goals. The results are noticeable, and it’s worth the investment!”
