Although Coach T and Training Ground Athletic came very highly recommended, the idea of joining a gym and having a personal trainer couldn't have been further out of my comfort zone. But from our first phone conversation, I knew she understood who I was and what I needed, which gave me the confidence to take the first steps to becoming stronger and aging differently. Most amazing is the way Coach T takes such good care of us, inside and outside of the gym. She motivates clients to do more than they believe they can by planning detailed sessions each week, emailing information about nutrition and lifestyle and checking in on our health and welol-being. I credit Theresa and TGA as the most important lifestyle change I’ve made for myself since starting with her back in 2021. She is a wealth of knowledge and puts so much thought and intention into each of her clients strength programming to help them become the best version of themselves.I just had my second child in fall 2023 and Theresa’s post natal programming is 100% the reason for a much easier recovery and getting stronger faster this time around. Every postpartum woman should do her post natal program!!!

Theresa is the most thorough, intelligent, thoughtful personal trainer I’ve ever met! As a middle aged woman with hormone transitions and body image challenges, she knows how to motivate, support, and guide change! I highly recommend her!
