Not sure we could find more personable, knowledgeable or adaptable trainers anywhere! We appreciate the clean studio and the training plan created to meet our needs. Working out twice a week for 20 minutes is a pleasure and has kept us moving for over 20 years! Thank you.
I like the attention to how my program is laid out based on my physical condition. My trainer listens and understands what I am sharing with her.
I love so much about this place! Only a 20-minute workout twice a week so no excuses not to work out. Even with a 20-minute workout it is intense, and I always feel energized afterwards. I do the private trainer sessions with Trish, and she is amazing! She always adjusts my workouts to maximize the benefits. Everyone on at the Buffalo Grove studio is very nice and professional. Highly recommend as the equipment is very high tech so you can monitor your progress.
