The class yesterday I took with Melissa and Lori was wonderful! It was a great full body workout utilizing the reformer, chair, TRX and other fitness tools. They took special care to help me with form so I was able to get the maximum benefit from each exercise. I highly recommend them both!

The moment you walk in the studio you can tell it is a very warm welcoming environment. The staff are all amazing and very knowledgeable. They can help you achieve your health and fitness goals. I love being able to take reformer Pilates, mat Pilates and yoga. You will always be challenged and never bored. Private lessons are always fantastic too, I leave the studio feeling strong and empowered every day!

Yin Yang is a wonderful sanctuary for the mind and body! I’ve been going to this studio for years and it’s never been better! Melissa the owner is strong, kind, caring and so talented. My daughter and I enjoy the group Barr and Pilates classes. The classes are small and instruction is given for all skill sets and ages. This boutique gives the us privacy we enjoy away from that big club environment. Highly recommend!! ?
