Outstanding service and price for the install of a furnace, A/C and Humidifier. While assessing my daughter's dead furnace, Ross provided valuable insight as to why it failed far sooner than it should have and went in to great detail as to how its original installation was not up to par and led to its premature demise. He then spent a great detail of time with me telling me how he would make changes to ensure a proper installation and save us some room. I will mention again that the price was terrific and the installation by Ross personally and his associate was on time as promised and absolutely perfect and neat. We could not be more pleased.
Ross did some maintenance on our condenser, fixed a furnace issue and also a humidifier leak issue we had. This was over 2 year period. Ross is super quick to respond and is willing to come down late / after hours for extra charge. He is my go to for any HVAC issues.
AQC are great, use them for my spring/fall HVAC check ups, they’re always on time, thorough, and do a great job explaining everything. I also had they come out when my furnace started acting up and they showed up within an hour.
