Been using Arctic for many years and they never disappoint. Recently my thermostat went on the fritz and I was unable to open it to check the bloody batteries. Quick call to Chris and she had Alex here within 2 hours. Two batteries and a quick faceplate removal lesson later and I was up and running. They never disappoint!!
