We have hired Arctic Heating & Cooling multiple times over the years & they have our absolute highest recommendation. I don't write many reviews, but this one is long overdue. Know this - every single experience we have had w/ Arctic has resulted in exceptional service. We have called them during the coldest of winters, the hottest of summers, on weekends, on holidays. We've called them early in the morning & sometimes after hours. Our furnace runs 24x7 in the winter, our AC runs 24x7 in the summer. Our A/C unit went out on Father’s Day, 6/18/23. I called the office to schedule an appointment for the following day as this was not an emergency, and I didn’t want to bother anyone on a special day. However, Jeff called and told me that he was working and would come out. Jeff arrived a few hours later to fix the unit. He inspected our furnace as well, and will follow up with a quote to replace both our A/C unit and furnace as both systems our 20 years old. Discovered at 5 pm on a Thursday that our AC wasn't working. They had a tech here at 8 am the following day and we were back up and running by 10:30 am. Tech was great and thoroughly explained options and everything he did. Highly recommend!Service: A/C system maintenance
