And not too thick, trimmed and filed to the shape and length I like, and I never fear the file in her hands - she dulls those sharp edges and wields them expertly to avoid the most common nail salon injury.And she does it all in less than an hour and a half! Trim, fill, shape, file, paint, paint some more, top coat, cuticle oil, lotion, photo shoot, pay, and out the door in 90 minutes (not guaranteed! Just my experience :)). Shenae is a machine and one of Idaho Falls' best kept secrets - I honestly contemplated *not* writing this so those of us who've discovered her can keep her to ourselves!But she deserves to be known. This experience was a lot of fun! Masha made my nails so cute for my Vegas trip and cosmic bowling. I love getting haircuts here, and Karlee is my favorite. I had had a couple of so-so pixie haircuts at a different salon, and then I went to Carlisle, and Karlee gave me the best pixie cut. I absolutely loved it. She has cut my 5-year-old's hair as well, and I got a pedicure/manicure from her yesterday, which was a great experience. She is easy-going, professional, and fun to chat with. Well it's been 1 week since I got my haircut...all I can is wow!!! This was my second time and I've been using the same hair stylist in Rexburg the last 3 years.As luck would have it I went to this great clips location and it was Sunday and they were kind of busy.The Hair Stylist who cut my hair the first time was Julia and I was kind of nervous but she was awesome and made me feel at ease.My second time was with Julia again and she is truly amazing and passionate about her work.The overall atmosphere,the quality of service and my absolutely fantastic haircut is why I'm giving this Great Clips a 5 star rating?

This place is fantastic! Took my eleven year old here to have her ears pierced. They were patient and helpful. When we had problems after the piercing one of the amazing employees even let us come in after hours so that she could help us get the earring back in. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Highly recommend!

My husband and I went here for a 90 minute couples massage and it was AMAZING!!! sadly we do not live in the area because I would definitely go back. The only thing I would have a complaint on is the music they played wasn’t very relaxing and the masseuses would whisper back and forth. But they gave the best massages EVER!!!

They were hired by Paul Davis to do the plumbing in my house after a fire They changed all of our piping for pex. After reading about it seems like I may have pressure issues. But we won’t know until our house is finished.. They ran the plumbing to our main bathroom under the frame of the house. Instead of inside the insulation. This is a crawl space that freezes in winter. They said I was being difficult and that they ran everything to code. First off its my house second running my water lines under my frame and zip tying it to my house support looks really to code. Since we paid for it we wouldn’t have had plastic connectors put in either. We have to hire someone else to come in and fix it. We fired Paul Davis!Spoke with Mr. Ben Hix he addressed and fixed the issue of the water line’s being ran under the framing. I still don’t like the plastic connections everything I’ve read says to use brass so we’ll see. Will have to wait for house to be complete to see about water pressure. Thank you Ben.

I can’t say enough great things about the employees at this location. I came in needing a new toilet tank lid and they had it for me in minutes. Also went in looking for a new faucet because I currently have no water pressure in one of my sinks and this amazing guy (didn’t get his name) and wonderful girl walked me through how to fix this problem without needing the faucet. Young Roofing came by to help me repair my 30 year old roof, however, it actually had failed in so many places that replacement was needed. Not only did they give me a great bid, but they removed my old shingles and beautifully installed a new roof in under two weeks. Let me say, I only leave reviews if I was thoroughly impressed and I have to say we had an excellent experience with DR Heating and Plumbing. The estimator was very professional and knowledgeable when he did our quote and then with his follow up communication. The lady who scheduled the appointment was friendly on the phone and even did a follow up call to see if we wanted to move our appointment up sooner because they had an opening. The tech’s were very friendly and knowledgeable with the install and service. My wife was home when they were there and she said they all treated her with respect and kept her up to date on the install. I used to work in construction for many years and you can tell that their quality of work was excellent, they paid attention to details, and it was done right. They all dressed nice and were clean and arrived in the expected time frame. I was impressed with the over all experience and would recommend them!

We recently had our AC go out during the hottest week of the year. When I called around to find someone to come service it, Alpine was able to come the next day. After looking at our unit, it was determined we needed a new unit. By that afternoon we had a quote (which was a Friday late afternoon) and they installed the new unit early Tuesday morning. Other places in town were booked out 3 weeks so we were very thankful Alpine was so speedy. The installers were on time, very nice and got the job done within a few hours. The team is extremely kind and professional. They care to know what the problem is so they can solve the cause and not treat the symptoms only to have them come back. They are extremely open about the affect of their pesticide on different plants so it was no surprise when some of our started to turn brown and others didn't. They give a lot of education so we can try to help between visits. No question is dismissed or frowned on. Initially I had called because of a single pest issue but now I think that I'm going to switch and use A1 for regular treatments.

Expert Flooring has lived up to their name. From exploring options in their showroom, measuring, planning, cost estimating, and the actual installation (leveling and flooring installation), they were professional, honest, transparent, and in providing information before and during the install. We are thrilled with the quality of the final product. The only ding I have is the process to get the transitions between flooring and existing carpet installed took more time and effort than I expected, but they followed up and finished as promised. They were so over the top in what I expect of a home service provider, this "ding" lowered them to "only" five stars on my rating scale.Bottom line: top notch in product, sales, installation and communication. I would absolutely use them again.

Roof Rescue replaced my roof a little over two years ago. A few months ago the boot around one of the pipes sticking out of the roof failed and water leaked into the house and damaged the ceiling in a hallway. I called Roof Rescue and let them know. They asked me to send them pictures of the roof and the damage inside the house. Which I did. It took them a three days to respond and send one of their crew to repair the boot. Then it took about a month and a half for the repairman (********************* of Henderson ************************************************ to come in for fixing the ceiling. But Roof Rescue kept me well informed about when that would happen and explained that their ceiling repair sub-contractor was overbooked. Well, eventually, all was done and the ceiling looks absolutely great. One cannot tell the difference between the previously damaged zone and the rest of the ceiling. While at it, *********************, the sub-contractor also fixed a few popped out nails near the damage (and helped me replace a light I could not reach). I am really satisfied with the level and quality of service I received from Roof Rescue and from Henderson ************************************************

I've used them several times the past few years to clean my carpets. Every time I call they are very punctual, very kind and courteous, and always fast on the job. I've never had any issues and they are extremely thorough with the work that they do. Highly recommend!!

The doctor helped me to get my shoe insoles here and adjust my posture without the abrupt movements in the neck bones that could be dangerous in other chiropractic styles. My recovery was fast and complete after a couple of weeks, so I will choose him again if needed
I have been to other chiropractors, was not a good experience. I was hesitant to come here in the beginning. Before I started coming here I was taking 12 ibuprofen a day just to walk. I have always joked that I come here for the star wars conversations, the adjustments are just a plus. I now go without ibuprofen and feel great. I would give more then 5 stars but limited to 5. They are awesome.

I started going to Grand Teton Chiropractic when the carpal tunnel I got when pregnant didn't go away and got worse after I had my baby. I have seen the chiropractor twice a week for a month and I have seen so much improvement. My carpal tunnel has gotten significantly better and I don't feel any of the tingling in my fingers anymore! It has been great being able to hold my baby and not have my hands hurt!
Between my wife, my 2-year old, and myself we’ve been seen or interacted with at least 30 doctors. All three of us have chronic health issues and all three of us see a doctor at least monthly. I say all that to say that Dr. Livingston is without question the best doctor I’ve ever met. His only goal is to make sure he does everything he can to help you. He’s the only doctor that I’ve met that would be more than happy to treat you without getting paid. I’ve never met a doctor that cares more about your health than Dr. Livingston.
I have been to A LOT of chiropractors in several different states and Dr. Thornton is the very best chiropractor I have ever worked with. I told him one thing, the location of my pain, and he was able to tell me what else I was feeling (he was shockingly right!) and he explained the anatomy behind the pain and the cause of it. Dr. Thornton is extremely knowledgeable about the bones, muscles and nerves he is addressing and he takes as much time as the patient wants to explain, answer questions and address concerns. I did not feel rushed and it was very clear that he was trying to help me in as few appointments as possible and he did NOT drag out my treatment. I really feel like he is honest and ethical and that my well-being was his top priority. My complicated health problems did not phase him and he knew exactly what to do for me. His office is very clean and accessible and his staff is extremely courteous. I will never go to a different chiropractor.
Dr Neilson has been my chiropractor for many years now. He has always made himself available during me and my families 'emergency' needs as we are an active family. He is the only chiropractor I truly trust for my alignment needs. He is personable in that he tries to understand what your needs are. I would highly recommend this man if you are in need of chiropractic care.

I just picked Dixon dental from a search for top dentists in Idaho Falls. Wow. What a great experience. I have never in my life had such a thorough dentist. She pulled a tooth, filled others and made me a new set if dentures. The dentures were absolutely perfect. She is so detailed. I'm sooo glad I went to her. I have been a patient at Eagle Rock since 2010. I have never missed an appointment, and have always paid my bill on time. My only complaint is that I needed a crown done in March after chipping my tooth. I felt Kara embarrassed me in front of people on the cost and how was I going to pay for it. She insisted I pay $550 upfront. Now that the insurance has paid, I have a credit. Now, you owe me $.
Very very good dentist clinic! All the staff were super helpful and very very friendly. They were understanding and willing to work with me and do my extraction of a tooth. I was very limited on funds, but brought what I could to hopefully get it extracted and done in one go which was possible due to the dentist clinic itself and as well as the dental assistant talking to the clinic which immensely helped and allowed me to get the extraction done in the first place due to funds. They went beyond for me and I appreciated them so much for doing so and able to help me relief the pain all together! Great dentist office and would use them again! A pleasant and wonderful experience ?
Second experience with Dr. B. Miner. He is an excellent physician. Satisfied with what he did and accomplished.I guess on Thursday, September 14, 2023 this was my third visit with Dr. Miner. A friend and business associate was looking for a dermatologist and two times I have recommended Dr. Miner. I Just got done with a MOS procedure. This is my third time having this procedure, but my first experience at this practice. This has been an amazing experience. Everything from the first consultation, to the surgery itself has been smooth, caring and precise. The employees are fantastic, and the doctors are the very best!! I will not go anywhere else for any of my future needs as far as dermatology goes. These folks are the very best.

I cannot express in words how amazing of a vet Dr.Petetsen is! Besides being totally cool, he's smart and knows what he's doing. He removed a 12lb mass from my dog's stomach with excellent healing, as a result. My dog's like 12 years old too. I'm confident she has a few more years of life now.
Our 2nd visit. Dental cleaning & extractions for our cat Chloe. Dr. Grisham did a preliminary check on Chloe (weight, temp, heart sounds, etc) and handled Chloe with care. She explained the procedure and offered us pre-surgery bloodwork and, after extraction xrays to ensure full removal of roots.We were provided a detailed & complete charges breakdown and thorough after care instructions along with individual syringes of pain medication, premeasured and ready to use.The staff is professional, friendly, and helpful.The waiting area is clean and airy.
We drove 3 hours from Utah to bring our dog to Skyline for his dental. Dr. P and Skyline animal hospital staff were very friendly from start to finish. We had more time and contact with the doctor than I've had in a long time from other places, which was great! They took very good care of our dog and even discovered foxtails lurking in his toes. Their prices are very reasonable especially considering they are a specialist in dentistry. We WILL be traveling to Skyline for our dog's dental care for the foreseeable future. We absolutely love Dr. Christensen! We have used his services to vaccinate our puppy. He was informative and answered all of our questions patiently.When we had a scare with our puppy eating something she shouldn't have, we texted Dr. Christensen and he responded right away. There was no judgement passed at all and he was knowledgeable about how to proceed. He explained the care instructions simply yet thoughrouly making it easy to follow them.We will be using Dr. Christensen for all of our future veterinary needs in the future!

The doctors at Willowcreek are extraordinarily knowledgeable, professional and caring. They always have a vet and tech on call so no need to ever have to resort to going to the Emergency Vet Hospital which is highly expensive!! I've never had anything but stellar experiences and am always so impressed with the staff. They truly care about their clients and every animal! Their care of horses is amazing and fascinating as well! Anytime your pet needs care....this is the best place!!

Very professional staff and did a great job trimming my kittens nails. About the same price as you’d pay like Petsmart, but an actual vet staff doing it.
They do a wonderful job with our blind rescue dog. He is 11 pounds of horrible when being groomed, but yet they manage him and he comes out looking great. Thanks to their patience with him, he is getting better but i doubt he will ever be good. I trust them completely with our monster!
Love getting my dogs nails clipped here. They are always so loving and gentle with the dogs. The prices for nail clippings are very affordable; $5 for small dogs and $10 for large dogs.

These guys were amazing and I would highly recommend them. My dryer was in need of repair and so I dropped it off on a Monday fully expecting to be without a dryer for a couple weeks and I was surprised when they called me the very next day saying it was ready to go. The repair was very affordable, the guys unloaded it and loaded it for me. To top it off they also replaced my broken lint trap. Thank you Northgate Appliance!

Recently, I went through the Driver’s Instruction program offered by the Rocky Mountain Driving School, and I must say that they are excellent to work with. Those on the staff were very flexible when I had to reschedule, and they treated me very kindly. Mr. Bitter, my driving instructor, was very patient, and he was great at raising my confidence behind the wheel. I found him easy to understand when he was explaining the various rules and maneuvers of driving, and I am glad that I was able to have him as my driving instructor. All in all, I highly recommend this driving school.
Steve Mueller is a great driving instructor who challenges new drivers to push for quality not quantity.
Our oldest son went through the BW Driving program for his drivers education. We live 12 miles from Idaho Falls and Greg came out to our home to take our son to and from drives throughout the program. Stacie was super great to work with. We have many other kids and we will be using this group again.
The Imperial cleaning crews did a great job. They cleaned everything from the ropes of cabinets to the timber trusses in the great room. Very impressed with the service.

Jose and his crew were on time, professional and efficient. They were done in about 30 minutes. The yard looked just like it did before the tree was cut down. I asked Jose if he would be able to take down a smaller tree and he did that as well for a very affordable extra fee. I had a rain gutter on the 2nd story of my house that had become detached from the fascia, and also needed cleaning. They came when they said they would, they did what they said they would do, and charged what they said they would charge. When they were finished they sent me a short video of the gutter they had repaired and cleaned. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

HONESTY is the BEST policy. (Ask for Nate)Yes there are plenty of flood and fire place around but after tearing up some old carpet and coming across some old dried up black mold I panicked. Started calling multiple places to try and get someone to come out immediately. Everyone basically said it would be a day. It was suggested by someone to try Flood & Fire a solutions. Nate was straight with me. He asked a few basic questions and then gave some suggestions. He referred me to there sister store right next door for chemicals to treat and clear away the mold. He also said if I had anymore questions to give him a call.As for the product I thought it was too good to be true because it literally shows a before and after and usually the pictures are misleading. But it did exactly thatI hope that I don’t ever need there services but if I did again I would choose Flood & Fire Solutions. Thank you

They were hired by Paul Davis to do the plumbing in my house after a fire They changed all of our piping for pex. After reading about it seems like I may have pressure issues. But we won’t know until our house is finished.. They ran the plumbing to our main bathroom under the frame of the house. Instead of inside the insulation. This is a crawl space that freezes in winter. They said I was being difficult and that they ran everything to code. First off its my house second running my water lines under my frame and zip tying it to my house support looks really to code. Since we paid for it we wouldn’t have had plastic connectors put in either. We have to hire someone else to come in and fix it. We fired Paul Davis!Spoke with Mr. Ben Hix he addressed and fixed the issue of the water line’s being ran under the framing. I still don’t like the plastic connections everything I’ve read says to use brass so we’ll see. Will have to wait for house to be complete to see about water pressure. Thank you Ben.
