Fantastic job! I had some matted down, carpeted steps that I could not seem to ever get completely clean on my own. Mike worked hard, took out all of the dirt, and made the steps look clean again. The entire carpet and looong upholstered couch were left smelling fresh and looking amazing! Mike even took $40 off our previously agreed upon price, maybe because I had not explained correctly the actual size of the room I wanted cleaned. I thought that was very decent of him.
Phenomenal work! We haven’t had our carpets cleaned as long as we’ve lived here(I know tuck on our part.) We didn’t have our expectations set super high as we knew it wasn’t going to look brand new, but with the markings we had before in most rooms you now can’t even tell they were there! Would recommend and definitely use this company again.
