“I award Atwood Family Dentistry five (5) stars. I have been a customer since 2017. I moved to the area shortly before then, and an employee at a neighboring business recommended the business after receiving a procedure. This was done in an offhand manner (i.e., not expecting a referral fee). I am impressed by Dr. Atwood's competence as well as his staff's competence. I have been impressed by everyone. I have worked the closest with Dr. Atwood, Denise, Natalie, and Madison. I am a medical doctor and work with dentists who hand off patients to me after surgeries. Thus, I feel I have some basis to judge the competence of dentists. I often talk shop with Dr. Atwood and feel like his explanations sound scientifically plausible. His hygienists are well-trained. I am under the impression his billing specialist has decades of experienced. I have never caught an error in billing. Today, I went in for a procedure. I was fit in quickly. The office volunteered to me I qualified for a warranty on a product, despite my openly admitting fault breaking it. I was fit inn quickly for a free service, despite the office's not making any money. Disclosure: I was a customer, and I have no known conflicts of interest. I do NOT have a financial relationship with Atwood Dentistry and was not asked to write this Yelp! review.“

“I was not happy with my previous dentist (I won't go into why). I needed 2 implants and he referred me to an oral surgeon and then I would have to come back to the dentist for the top part. I asked around and got referred to Bird Dental.Dr Bird does the complete implant. They took a 3D xray. Dr Bird showed me exactly what was going on and explained my options. He is very personable.A few hours after the post was put in it started bleeding again. At 7 PM I called and got ahold of Dr Bird. He met me at the office at 8:30PM. He was very gracies and fixed it promptly with coagulating gauze and black tea bags. It worked. He gave me some to take home.Over all, I'm very pleased. He really went the extra mile!!!“

I ended up needing a crown and Dr. Darrington was wonderful. The procedure was quick and painless, staff was extremely friendly, and the fit me in on very short notice. “I cracked a tooth while on vacation and traveling through Idaho Falls. Eagle Rock was able to see me within 24 hours. Dr Beck placed a temporary crown that day. Three days later when I traveled back through Idaho Falls they placed my permanent crown. This office has an amazing team! Everyone was incredibly friendly. I can't thank Dr Beck and his office enough for helping me out. I received great care and the cost was reasonable.“
