First of all I want to start with that we absolutely love our house that Matt built. Were there challenges - yes. However, I feel that with any custom build there are going to be ups and downs. Although, Matt and I worked through each of the items and the end run ended up with exactly what we wanted. His contractors are awesome at what they do. They were very professional. We did go over our 12 month contract but part of that was on us due to our loan process as we started as a cash deal. Also, we started our build right before winter which delayed the initial start. For Idaho's weather last year was very understandable and we held nothing against Matt's timeline....read full review

My wife and I purchased a partially built vacation home that presented quite a few challenges. Matt and his team took over the project and professionally saw it to completion. We constantly get compliments from friends and family on the construction and attention to detail. Great work and a big thank you to Matt, his team, and all the subs!
