“After a bad car accident I was sent here for steroid injections for my low back. Everyone here was always pleasant and friendly to deal with. I usually went to the Rexburg location but also went to Idaho falls for some follow up appointments. Originally saw Noah who was great, and then I ended up seeing Chad in Rexburg who was also incredible, along with his MA Emily who I greatly appreciate. Whenever I went to the Rexburg location the woman at the front desk knew me by name like we were friends.
Dealing with multiple injections into your spine for debilitating back pain is already scary and anxiety inducing enough as it is, but everyone always made it as tolerable and pleasant as possible. Also appreciative of Dr. Baker for answering any questions I had, even when laying face down on the table with some needles in me, and never talking down or making me feel unwelcome. It was always fun to see what sneakers he and the nurse were wearing that day.
Unfortunately I ended up needing surgery and when that was the case, Chad took it seriously, and thoughtfully sent me to the surgeon that he thought was the best match for me and my condition. He sent me to a surgeon I hadn't heard of, but three months post surgery and I've never felt better. Huge thanks to Chad for sending me to the right people to get my life back.”
