“Our son-in-law flushed one of our toilets when he was staying at our house when we were out of town. For some reason that toilet overflowed and kept running for about 24 hours. This caused a significant amount of damage to our house. We called All American and let them know what the issue was. They were at our house within a couple hours to begin the drying process. They worked with us every step of the way, including helping us with our insurance company to make sure that we got everything fixed properly. They communicated with all of the subcontractors to get everything repaired from sheet rock to hardwood floor to even getting our piano retuned. Obviously this was a devastating experience, but they made it very easy to navigate. If anyone has issues that need a cleaning or restoration company I would highly recommend them. On a lighter note we have nicknamed our son-in-law “flush” so he never forgets what he did. Lol Sean“

“Roof Rescue replaced my roof a little over two years ago. A few months ago the boot around one of the pipes sticking out of the roof failed and water leaked into the house and damaged the ceiling in a hallway. I called Roof Rescue and let them know. They asked me to send them pictures of the roof and the damage inside the house. Which I did. It took them a three days to respond and send one of their crew to repair the boot. Then it took about a month and a half for the repairman (********************* of Henderson ************************************************ to come in for fixing the ceiling. But Roof Rescue kept me well informed about when that would happen and explained that their ceiling repair sub-contractor was overbooked. Well, eventually, all was done and the ceiling looks absolutely great. One cannot tell the difference between the previously damaged zone and the rest of the ceiling. While at it, *********************, the sub-contractor also fixed a few popped out nails near the damage (and helped me replace a light I could not reach). I am really satisfied with the level and quality of service I received from Roof Rescue and from Henderson ************************************************“

“I have been dealing with a mouse problem in my garage despite quarterly pest control services and bait stations. My kiddo and I let things pile up a bit too much but with the mice issue, I was too freaked out to clean the garage myself, so it all got a little out of hand.
