We had appliances that needed repairs, or we thought, perhaps replacement. We called Northgate Appliance, and instead of booking us for a repair, Mak spent time on the phone, guiding me on what to do! No service call needed and our appliances are up and running! I am highly impressed by Mak's integrity. Thank you!

Had a heating element in our dryer finally give out but Northgate Appliance came out and got the job done in no time. These folks know what they are doing and we are happy to have a working dryer again thanks to them!

This place has been a life saver for me, Rocky always has what I need. I have an older agitating top load washing machine and the agitator dogs wear out in mine about ever 8 to 10 years, Rocky either has them or can order them in pretty quickly! He always takes time to listen and explain how to things that most can easily do at home themselves! I was just in grabbing agitator dogs last week and came home & got them swapped out, and washing clothes again the same day! This place is also a go to for many local landlords, to replace or repair appliances.
