The ShadeWorks' liaison, Lilly, was very good at contacting us and keeping us in the loop as to what to expect and when. The construction team equally kept us informed and asked questions to involve us. I asked for the bulbs to be saved, and they courteously did that. I am very pleased as how they worked as a team. They came, set up and went straight to work constructing a pergola over our back deck. I had wanted one for years after admiring friends' pergolas. We were very pleased with how it turned out and look forward to warmer weather and Summer to enjoy and share it for years to come. Thank you, Cody, and ShadeWorks!
As always a great experience. They keep you informed every step of the process and when they come to install, it is fast and they have a great crew and clean up well. This is the second covered patio we have had them do.
We have had 2 projects done by shadeworks. We had a huge covered patio installed last year and then had a hot tub cover installed this year. Both times we were impressed. The communication was excellent and they kept us informed on the stages of progression. They were quick and left the area clean. I would highly recommend them for any type of cover you are looking to do.
