I was having issues with a laptop CPU running way too hot. CJ was able to diagnose the issue and fix my machine same day, for a very reasonable price. My CPU temps are now back to where they should be. Great service, great price point, great experience. Thanks!
Called thinking that I would be scheduling a house call for our desktop. He was able to talk me through the fix and I am not very computer savvy! Smart Guy is now in my contacts for the next time my husband needs me to “fix” the computer!
If I could I would get more than just five stars for so many different reasons. Because first off CJ is not only dedicated and proficient to his craft but he is also a polite and affable attentive person when it comes to customer service. In my case, CJ has i'm more than one occasion gone above and beyond to assist me with let's say some rather particular unique situations regarding technical assistance with my PC as well as other things also he's willing to work with me in so many different ways. I do believe we have established a rather trusting customer professional relationship. Until otherwise, I will continue to use CJ as the go-to pC technician for anything computer...read full review
