“We worked with Mark for the quote and Chase did the install, they were easy to work with and did an excellent job. The only flooring company out of 3 who knew how to handle the baseboards (undercut) without leaving a lot more work for us later. Chase worked long hours and very hard to get it done in 5 days so we could start to move back in with our young kids. The floor looks great!! Before and after photos, we got new hardwood and also existing sand/refinish.“

Even though we both appreciated all the help we received, we were very disappointed that our contractor wouldn’t receive a discount for ordering our flooring until he had purchased a certain amount of flooring. Chelsey and Jade are definitely put at a disadvantage because of this bad policy. I don’t know how the owner of Lumber Liquidators plans to stay in business with all the competition in the area. I really hope that Lumber Liquidators can stay in business in spite of this poor policy.
