Standard Plumbing Supply Co. is a very nice place with a huge selection of faucets, tubs, sinks, and plumbing supplies. The employees are fantastic, very friendly, and knowledgeable about their products. They provide amazing and helpful customer service, quickly looking up parts and retrieving materials. The staff is kind and walks customers through problems. Many customers highly recommend this business and express they will never go anywhere else for plumbing needs.

We had been to several other places looking for a new air tub for our master bathroom, but none of them seemed very interested in helping us find exactly what we wanted — most just told us to check their website. That all changed when we went to Standard Plumbing Supply in Idaho Falls.

Kelcie was amazing to work with! She was eager to help, had great ideas about which tub would fit our needs best, and took the time to walk us through the options. Her communication during and after the sale was excellent.

We couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommend Standard Plumbing Supply — and definitely ask for Kelcie!

What a fantastic plumbing store!! Great selection in showroom. Jason and Ted where top notch!! Highly recommend stopping by for ALL plumbing needs. These guys went above and beyond to make sure that I had what I needed to complete the job. Thanks! Angie:)
