As a man with a beard going to a new barber it is always very nerve racking but I do have to say Tess not only from the beginning was very reassuring with her knowledge on the way to trim, cut, and shape beards but her professionalism and customer service was and will be the reason I keep going back. Well not to mention she’s very interactive and laid back easy to talk to and carry conversation which is huge for me. Cause who really likes to feel uncomfortable or awkward while they are letting someone straight razor shave their neck. Anyways shout to Tess and thank you again
