I have been coming here since I moved to Idaho in 2020. I have been here through normal times, through my bodybuilding competition phase and post pregnancy. In hindsight, I wished I had gone throughout pregnancy as well. Super personable staff, and so friendly. I will always recommend going here!!! The added bonus of E stimulus (I probably got that wrong) and the cooling gel after seems to really help the healing process. I found this especially true after I wrenched my traps and neck one morning, they got me in right away and while I was super sore, coming here sped up the healing process. So grateful to Dr. Gardner. I started going to Grand Teton Chiropractic when the carpal tunnel I got when pregnant didn't go away and got worse after I had my baby. I have seen the chiropractor twice a week for a month and I have seen so much improvement. My carpal tunnel has gotten significantly better and I don't feel any of the tingling in my fingers anymore! It has been great being able to hold my baby and not have my hands hurt!

Grand teton chiropractor is my go to chiropractor in Idaho falls. I came in with bad shoulder and back pain , Dr. James and his staff took great care of my problems with a great treatment . I can't thank him and his staff enough. 100 percent recommended to anyone .
