I appreciate you going to bat for me and helping me find a way to make it work well financially for both party's, particularly when things were looking somewhat bleak. I am enthusiastic to hear of the loan acceptance, and hopefully, I will be even more excited when it comes in at a rate closer to what I hoped for to begin with?.
