Our dogs got into a lunch bag and ate some grapes, of course often hours so off to Viking we went. They were able to induce vomiting and determine which dog was the culprit. They were able to intervene to minimize any effect to her kidneys. We were able to follow up with her regular vet and made sure she won’t need any additional treatment. Jaimie was so patient with both dogs, especially my super anxious and cooperative little mini poodle. All the staff were great. Costs were actually very reasonable. It’s definitely not an experience I want to repeat, but I would 100% recommend them when your pet has an emergency need.
I took my dear cat Sam in when he made a turn for the worst. It’s always difficult to transition to a new vet in an emergency situation—they’re working on limited information and history, not knowing what type of owner you are (self-confessed helicopter cat mom!). Dr. Tami Hinderager was empathetic, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the exam, diagnostics, and prognosis of Sam’s conditions. While our decision was not easy, it was filled with love and mercy. Dr. Tami was excellent. Thank you for your compassion and understanding!
I was traveling from out of state with my senior dog who was showing signs of altitude sickness. Rushed her there where Dr. Jeff and team took great care of her!
Answered all my questions that I came across on my 15 hour ride home, of which they wrote up an alternative route that was safe for my girl. They even helped me get her pills down her before we took off.
The best part was, they’ve checked in with me asking how she was doing. That was huge for me.
