Had a late night emergency, and my kitten ended up needing to be put to sleep due to heart problems. Staff was so kind and helpful. The Dr was very informative, and they all were very quick and professional.They gave me his paw print as a keepsake, which I felt was a very sweet thing to offer.
We lost our little doxie Roobie last month. We are thankful this vet was open and could take her in immediately. They gave her medication to help her pain and we very kind as we had to say goodbye. Great experience.
The staff (especially Tory!) were all very kind and had lots of compassion for our situation. We had to euthanize our sweet Oakley in the middle of the night after a tumor on his spleen ruptured and caused internal bleeding. They helped him feel more comfortable in the last hours of his life. The vet also explained in detail how the euthanization would happen, which I really appreciated. They are also taking care of the cremation and paw prints. I highly recommend WestVet.
