“Called Jake at Blue Collar and he was happy to come right out and help us the same day with some major issues with a water leak/waterfall we had earlier in the day and couldn’t turn our water back on until plumbing had been fixed. Such a nice guy, and explained everything that needed to be done and gave us choices on ways to save money and get it fixed and get our water back on! I would certainly not hesitate to call him anytime we need plumbing help“

“Justin came and made 2 needed repairs in little more than an hour. I had clogged the kitchen sink drain with too big a load in the garbage disposal, and our shower drain was sticky and slow. He was very nice to work with, and I felt his price was reasonable.
We have had him come back twice since then to repair the pullout shower in our bathroom and the shower faucet in the second bathroom. Both repairs were nicely done and the price was reasonable. We are very happy with his work.“

“Had a long horrible time with clogged sewer pipe and dealt with several different plumbers and Viking was the one who showed up and made good decisions and got the situation on the right track. The clog was on City property and two other companies kept charging to fix what was not fixable from the house. Viking made the right decision to scope with a camera, determine it was City of Boise property and called the City Works department. Next day City was over fixing pipe. The other companies would have charged us a fortune in several different ways while chaising their tail. Viking wasn’t the cheapest but it was fast and competent!!! FAST, CHEAP, GOOD…. you get two of the three in the real world. Viking seems to be fully capable of any two of these three. If you got a situation, don’t mess around. Call these guys.“

Friendly, listened to my needs, open-minded, found all the parts I needed - water filter canister, filter, special fittings, faucet, plastic hose, stainless hose, silicone, etc. Rob showed me how to assemble all the parts and then Rob recommended that I take a photo of the assembly on the counter. SO glad he did. This process would have taken me days, and multiple trips, if I had gone anywhere else. Rob was absolutely fantastic, awesome experience and knows exactly where everything is in his store. What a FANTASTIC representative for Grovers! I will be back and only recommend Grover's because of Robs service. Just OUTSTANDING in every way. Thank you very much Rob.“
