We just had a full sewer replacement on an old Boise house from Brody and Todd at Zoom Drain and they did an outstanding job. Before we bought the house, they helped us by identifying several sewer-related issues. They gave us several options, and made the pros/cons of each clear. We chose full replacement, and they knocked it out in two days. A neighbor’s driveway had to be partially dug up, given the location of the sewer, and they proactively worked with the neighbor to make sure everything was covered back up to his liking. It's refreshing to work with a company that you can tell has your best interest in mind. Todd and our tech Brody took great care of us. Answered on the first call, booked an appt for the very next morning and had my issue fixed less than 24 hrs after I called. The communication was perfect and price couldn't be beat!

Had zoom drain come out and check my main line for peace of mind because I did not want to deal with a main line backup.
Super professional, awesome guys. Very clean. Very punctual with the info. Call these guys first if you have a main backup happening. Checking them and fixing them is their bread and butter. Don’t call your nephew plumber who does stuff on the side. These guys are professional, would highly recommend to anyone.
