The Boise Zoom Drain did a great job today to meet an URGENT problem. The office folks were friendly in setting up the appointment. The plumber was knowledgable and efficient. He fixed the problem and tested the system to make sure water was draining into the sewer. The price was reasonable. I will call them again.
Highly recommended. Zoom Drain was able to come out the same day I called and open up our clogged basement drain while explaining exactly what they were doing and why. Very friendly and efficient.
Conner was great. He was clean and got the job done quickly. He showed up in exactly the amount of time we were told. We were very pleased with the cost of the work too. Our main line was clogged and backing up into the floor drain in our basement. We have some experience and tried to clear it ourselves but had no luck. Our only regret was not calling them sooner. Don't wait like we did. Call them now!
