Amazing service! Everything about Zoom Drain was very Professional. I will be using them for all my future needs. Had an emergency pipe repair and they came out and fixed it, and went up and beyond.

Michael was very knowledgeable, pleasant professional when he used the jet to get our kitchen drain pipe unclogged. Todd was also very nice and professional on the phone when he set up same day service in the evening. We are very happy with Zoom Drain and will use their services in the future. 😊

Michael and Todd made a very positive impression upon arriving right on time for the service appointment (which they gladly accepted even if I had given them such short notice): genuine smiles, warm handshakes, courteous and friendly demeanor, and easy going disposition.
After quelling my anxiety and panic over a clogged toilet, Michael proceeded to expertly unclog it and left the bathroom so clean as if no work had been done in it.
I highly recommend these Gentlemen for their knowledge and expertise, professionalism, and integrity.
