Excellent service. I definitely recommend Master Plumbing. Jim Colburn came to the house, diagnosed the problem (after it was misdiagnosed by another company) and gave me options for repair. He was straight forward, honest and dead on in his assessment. I went with the service he recommended and all is well again with my water heater. I appreciated all the time Jim took to explain what I needed and why. No upsell, no pressure, just honest talk and recommendations. The repair was quick and very professionally done.
