We had questions about the water softener we had purchased from Viking over a year ago, so they sent a very nice, professional young man to our home to review the setup with my husband and made sure the system was working correctly. They did that service at no charge! Awesome service! That young man deserves a raise!

We used Viking a few years ago for a leak under the house. They were the only place that answered the phone at 5 am and came out right away. So when we had a few projects to do, we didn’t hesitate to call them again! They came out and did a free estimate. They were able to work with my schedule and came out on time. Johnny was great! A simple job of swapping out bathroom faucets got complicated when we found the contractor had mounted the sink so it covered half of the faucet holes! Long story but we tried 3 different faucets to see if they’d work. Johnny finally had to modify one to get it to work. Otherwise I’d be replacing the vanity top! Jose was very professional and on time. He explained everything to me completely before doing the work and worked very quickly to get the job done. It was so nice dealing with a plumbing company that was honest upfront and worked hard to make me feel comfortable through the whole process.
