Justin came out to do some work after a bathroom remodel. He was great to work with and even came back out the next day after we discovered the toilet had a manufacturing defect. I would definitely recommend Kellog Plumbing to anyone needing any kind of plumbing services.
I worked with Ben @ Kellogg Plumbing to install a few pop-up drain plugs. He took the time to tell me what he was going to do and showed me how the new pop-up's worked i.e., how to clean them and unplug them. He cautioned me not to tighten the parts of the pop-up drain that screws in too tight. He was very friendly and courteous. I will definitely use Kellogg Plumbing again.
I had both Justin and Ben come out for different reasons. Both gentlemen and both experiences were awesome!! Ben went above and beyond in installing my water softener by arranging it in a way fitting to the area in our garage and followed up a couple days later to ensure the system was working properly. Both Ben and Justin are very good at explaining what they are doing and they get the job done. I was pleasantly surprised and highly recommend Kellogg Plumbing.
