We had an issue with our soaker tub leaking a couple years ago. Due to other family issues we haven't used or even turned on the tub for almost 2 yrs. We couldn’t recreate the issue to even address it and I felt so foolish. However, Megan was so professional and kind and we talked through the options going forward. She is a great representative of Express Plumbing and they should be proud to have her as an employee.
I am very happy with Express Plumbing's work. Mr Cole our technician, worked tirelessly. He came with everything he needed and finished the work quickly. They emailed the information ahead of time. Express did a fairly large job in 2022 on my master bathroom. I gave 5 stars at the time, the work was good. This review is to complain about the 1 year finance through GoodLeap financial. They are a deceitful company that does everything to trick you with their program. Their reviews are horrible! It would be wise for Express to find another source of customer financing.
