John was so helpful and kind.When I told him we need the furnace and air conditioner installed that day before my son in law got home from work, he called another technician and within 30 minutes they had finished with minutes to spare.My daughter and I were also wrestling with her dog. Each time someone new çame into house, he would bark. By the end of service John and others were best of pals with Parker.Truly, "stop freakin' and call Beacon!" You will not be sorry!“

He was very thorough, took pictures, put together a report, explained everything he saw and either fixed or adjusted our unit to improve the life of our system. “American Rooter and Drain did a very exemplary job to fix a huge burst in my main water pipe. My nerves were raw. Who do I call? What will this cost? Who can I trust to fix this. Let me tell you, I chose well. From Keidon, who came out to see what was going on and quoted me a price. He was clean, kind and patient, to Daniel with his knowledge and gentle manner that put me at ease, to Colton who, he was young and I was leary, but that young man worked as hard as any of the American Rooter and Drain men. And the worked diligently. There was also Koda and James, who set the bar. Also, my yard was left in great condition. I hope I never need to do this again, but if I do, I'm calling American Rooter and Drain!“

“The staff was wonderful. I got my septic pumped and it was great for 2 days. Then my toilet backed up again and wouldn't flush. My septic tank is completely full again. My next step apparently is checking my drain field.“
