“Was just about to start making dinner when our pump went out! Leon's was recommended by Treasure valley Plumbing, so I called the on-call number & Scott was headed over right away. I'd called at about 4:30 and regretted not asking about after-hours charges, thinking maybe I should have waited for regular business hours to save on additional charges. However, he didn't charge me extra for the same day/evening service! Scott was pleasant and jumped right into what needed to be done (even helped me hitch up the horse trailer and get it out of the way). He kept me informed along the way & had our water back up & running in about 3 hours (would have been less, but I went ahead and had him update the pump control panel as well as it was 20 years old). I couldn't remember our well depth, but Scott's wife was able to get it no problem. I would absolutely recommend Leon's Pumps LLC, Ontario. Excellent service, can-do attitude.“
