In the midst of a Kitchen rebuild after flood and had to have some water lines moved. Rich and Nick came out and it was so nice having two guys who really knew their stuff. They were easy to talk to and explained the reasoning behind everything they did. It's nice to know I don't have to worry about what's going on with the plumbing under the house because the repairs were done by professionals with tons of experience! Roto-Rooter was able to send someone immediately. Jeffrey came quickly and was very thorough in making sure he took care of the right pipes, by first checking the crawl space. Jeffrey was so kind, professional, and efficient. He explained everything as he went, which I always value, and made sure the issue was fixed before he left.
