Plumbing solutions exceeded my expectations by far, Gage was very helpful throughout the process of remodeling my bathroom. Gage was very responsive to any questions we had. We have dealt with three different plumbers since we bought our house, so I have something to compare to. The first two were horrible, and I am so glad that I chose plumbing solutions for this last job. I am going to peel the stickers the other company left on my water heater and use plumbing solutions from now on.
I have used Plumbing Solutions of Idaho 3 times now and all three technicians have done 5 star quality work. Our older house continues to need repairs. The first time I called, I was having an emergency situation. Another company gave similar estimates, but did not address the emergency. I felt stranded until the Plumbing Solution tech came and stopped my flood and came the next week to complete needed repairs and upgrades.
Very impressed by the whole experience. Greg was very patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. He was transparent about options available but didn't try to push anything. I usually brace against those conversations but it was very pleasant and I will definitely use them again.
