“My partner chose Easy Heating and Air several years ago for a complete new HVAC system and we have been very impressed with them. I was a little concerned because the proposal was just over half what a larger company in Boise quoted. Whether he calls with a concern, or for scheduled maintenance, they always resolve issues quickly and professionally. When I was flying into the country last week, I received a panicked text from my property manager stating the HVAC was out in my rental house. I called Easy and Morgan went out the same night and sent me an itemized proposal (while still on layover), which was VERY much lower than the estimate the property manager obtained from another company, so I decided to add a new a/c unit at this time as well. They got the work done immediately and Regan was wonderful getting everything handled on the billing. Highly recommend Easy Heating.“

“I had problems with my water heater this morning and didn’t want the weekend to hit with additional charges. I contacted Pristine plumbing and they immediately set up an appointment for this afternoon. They were here within two hours, and we discussed the different options. They didn’t push to replace the entire water heater immediately, but shared with me, the options of repair, but of course, no guarantees. I chose to repair it, and they went and got the part and had it in quickly. It was an expense I did not anticipate for this week, but it could not have gone more smoothly. I will not hesitate to contact them again.“

“I recently had a sewer drain clog that Magic Plumbing came out to take care of. It turned out to be much more serious than anyone thought!! Jake and Jaret worked for at least 4 hours to find the clog and then had to not just use a snake that was unable to clear the clog, so the toilet had to be removed and a large cable was used to finally break the clog loose after several attempts. The toilet had to be removed and then reset with a new wax seal and water supply line!!!! They both worked very hard and were very informative, professional and polite during the entire process!!! Obviously, this turned out to be a much more difficult call than they anticipated or did I. But they stuck with it and made sure everything was completed and working as it should before they left. This kind of service and hard work to see the job done well and completely was very gratifying. I would highly recommend Magic Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs!! Serval companies came to give quotes...not only was magic quick to arrive but they were $1200 less than the others. I was on a wild goose chase and finally stopped into Standard Plumbing Supply in Nampa. I believe the Lady who greeted me was Haily, she was WONDERFUL! She actually had the first part I needed in stock but I needed two of them. After checking she found another one, we were on a role. So I asked about another part and she had that too, I was surprised! Last but not least, she actually gave me a part I needed which matched perfectly to the existing finishes I was looking for.
