“We were very happy with Bob Heinmiller AC a few years ago when they installed our whole house Generac so when it was time for a new HVAC system we did not hesitate to give them a call. From the very beginning I felt comfortable with the sales rep Patrick. Initially, even before inspecting our existing HVAC system, he took the time to sit down and ask about our HVAC needs and talked with us about the different options available. As promised, the next morning he sent us a quote with options. I was shocked to see the quote almost $6K less than the quote we had received from another well known AC company, for the same model units and installation. Patrick accompanied the installation crew, Eli and Louis, to our house, made introductions, got the work started and returned during the installation to make sure all was going well. We were very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Eli and Louis. They were meticulous about their work, always open to our questions, and took time to help set up, then teach us how to use the new thermostat at the end of the day. They get you on their schedule quickly and their tech who goes by "Kay" is a the most honest air conditioning tech I have ever met.A big local company you've heard of wanted over $2,000 for the MINIMUM repair. And it would take a long time to get the parts to fix it. They instead pushed me to buy a whole new unit.Kay on the other hand called around and found the parts and for the entire job including multiple trips to my home and labor wanted less than HALF what the major company wanted.
