I have been working with Pro-Tech for over 8 years now and am very pleased with their service. My A/C went off on Saturday for the first time in these many years and they immediately sent their technician - Michael Knox to look at it. He fixed it quickly and it's been working well now. I am very pleased with the professionalism of Michael and the Pro-Tech team to resolve our issue satisfactorily. In addition Michael also solved some other minor problem very swiftly. Thank you!
