I switched to Webster several years ago after encountering the other AC company trying to sell me something that wasn't needed. Webster interacts with me in a trustful way and the techs who have services my home are knowledgeable and professional. The most recent visit, they came within 1 day to replace a motor. Critical for us with all the heat.
Kevin came out to service our system and determined the float valve was faulty and replaced it. Always happy with their service and highly recommend! Just a few days later, we had Daniel out to Service another system and he was equally efficient, friendly, and thorough. Have never had a reason to doubt the expertise of the Webster technicians.
Our A/C decided to stop working on a hot Sunday afternoon and from experience we knew it was a clogged drain line. We called Webster first thing Monday morning and their technician Andrew was at our home by 1pm. After a heroic effort that included cutting the drain pipe, he managed to find the clog and clear it. The system worked like a charm after that and he gave us advice on how to prevent clogs going forward. We only started using Webster last year but they have proven to be professional and courteous.
