They come out as soon as possible and the repairmen are very thorough working through the heat and sometimes very heavy rain to fix whatever is wrong. The owner, Eddy, always comes out to our location to see how the work is progressing and the office staff is great always trying to assist us as soon as possible. “Michael K. was professional in his assessment and solution to a problem with our AC. He offered options for resolution and made the repairs in a timely fashion getting our AC back online asap. In addition, he explained some updates around their Comfort Plus program that had changed since we initially signed up and it now offers higher discounts and a cheaper annual fee. Prices could use a look for refresh vs the newer corporate rate/feel you have now, but no complaints with the tech.“

“Once again, 5 Star work by the team at Bill's. They never gave up solving an issue with the Samsung circuit board and sensor. Taylor made multiple calls to tech support at Samsung and discovered the issue was a circuit board quality issue at the factory. They then figured out the fix and got the unit running. Many contractors would have charged me for their time and just given up. Not these guys!! Thanks Taylor, Chris, and Eric.“
