Had an ac unit fail. Mason came out quoted ordered and installed asap for us. Very perfessional went over all of our options. Upon completion, they cleaned up everything. Ac units are up and running perfectly

Our outside A/C compressor started tripping the breaker, wouldn’t stay on. In 90+ degree weather, our house gets miserable fast. My wife called several A/C companies but nobody could come right away. Then she called A-1, which we later learned is owned by Keith Powers.Keith came out the same evening, after hours, as it was getting dark and starting to rain. In those conditions, he found the problem and fixed it. Boom, done!We thought the compressor was toast (old unit) and we’d have a huge expensive problem to deal with at the worst possible time. Awesome service. We will eventually need to replace system but hopefully have a solution to get through the summer. Aaron is an amazing professional. Knowledgable, personable, great educator. Keep him around and for sure keep moving him through the ranks. I was so happy to write a great review about awesome service. It's rough out here in these post covid service streets. :).
