“Emergency because shut off inside was tilted up and water had been draining on floor for 4 days. Coincidentally started the night of a big storm. I thought it was somehow related to other roof leaks. Called ACR on Sunday for emergency. Jonathan came out in less than an hour and solved it was a shut off problem. He he was very nice, showed and explained the problem.. He also flushed the drain. I wish I had known it was not a roof problem and had called sooner.“
