“Javier Delgado was the employee who came to our house and fixed our electrical problem.Mr. Delgado was polite, and extremely professional as he worked. He explained what he was doing every step! He is an asset to Strada. If we have any other problems, whether it is a/c or electrical, we will be calling Strada. If the other employees are like Mr. Delgado, or the young lady from the office who I just talked with, we will be sure that Strada sends their best!!! I would give 1000 stars if I could!!!“

“This was a great experience. Broken AC in FL YIKES! Warranty company had me 5 days out. Air Systems came the next day. Christian climbed to the attic. He fixed it! BUT then he told me exactly what was wrong what to watch for. THEN he checked for leaks....THEN he called to ask about coverage THEN he put in coolant THEN he stayed to be sure it worked and I totally understood what he completed. 5 stars isn't enough ???Service: HVAC system repair“

“I went through a couple of AC vendors before trying Cee Bees. I found the technicians very knowledgeable and courteous. The office staff are also very knowledgeable and have exceptional customer service. In my short time living in FL I have found it necessary to lower my expectations for customer service. However Cee Bees is maybe 1 of 3 of my go-to, highly recommended vendors. Very pleased with them, to the point that when it came time to buy a new AC it was an easy choice to go with Cee Bees.They are always quick to respond and reasonable with pricing. I recently needed them to address some items documented in a home inspection selling report. They were very responsive and was able to come the following morning. Even though the items were not necessarily “issues,” Cee Bees handled it professionally and provided me with documentation of work. Highly recommend!“
