Richie came to preform maintenance on my air conditioner. He went above and beyond what was expected. He was very professional and courteous. He even treated my son who has autism with so much respect and kindness. A pleasure having him work on our system

First time using Our Place. Highly recommended. Zack came out to do evaluation on everything about the A.C unit. He was very knowledgeable and professional.I decided to move forward with the work. They kept me updated with who would be coming over with a ETA. The team they sent out was on time. Had shoe booties to enter the house. They also removed them every time exiting. They were very professional and respectful. Explaining and asking when entering different part of the house.They really made me feel comfortable and at ease.The job got done at a timely manner. They cleaned up afterwards. Even walking around to make sure nothing was left behind. This team was AMAZING!!...read full review
