Our old AC unit finally bit the dust and we used EC Waters for maintenance on that unit, so we engaged them first for the replacement. We were only without AC for a week, they offered to provide us a room unit to cool a room, but I didn't take them up on that. I definitely should have though!
Pricing was clearly communicated from the start and was in-line with our expectations. New unit was installed by Donald & Dustin, that evening, I woke up and the AC wasn't cooling and the house was 85 degrees. I submitted an emergency request and the following morning both Donald & Dustin returned to troubleshoot the unit.
