E.C. Waters Air Conditioning and Heat installed our a/c unit in 2019. We’ve had them come out every year to service it and we have been beyond pleased with their service department. Today, Chris came out and he really took the time to make sure our a/c and heat was working at its best. If you need a new a/c, call E.C. Waters.

Vaughn was incredibly helpful and very patient in answering all my questions. He found the problem, fixed it and explained in detail why I was having the issues. He was delightful, very knowledgeable, and definitely went above and beyond but still timely in his work.EC Waters is always friendly and timely but this visit was extraordinary.Thanks Vaughn!
