“I had a fantastic experience with Infinity Air & Heat from start to finish. The front office (Seidy) and our technician, Alberto, were upfront, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to work with.

We brought them in for a full deep cleaning of our air handler assembly and evaporator coil, as well as the installation of a carbon filter system with two UV lights.

Alberto was outstanding. He showed up on time, even a few minutes early, and completed the cleaning and installation smoothly and cleanly. I was very pleased with his transparency as well. He took clear photos at every step of the job to show me what he was doing, and patiently walked me through all the details to make sure every question I had was answered.
