“Noz made the house call to fix our hvac which had stopped working. He was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. He was prompt and got the job done. I like the people so far who have come to us from Chilly Billy. They have a very nice crew. So far my experience has been very nice”
“Everyone was so friendly, kind and professional. We received the gift of a new AC for FREE from Cool Lemonade Air and Heat along with Lennox. We can’t thank you all enough for your extravagant generosity. What a blessing to our family!”
“10/17/26 Updating my notes - Brent Nance was spot on today!!!! The time he took to show my husband even the smallest details (& even myself) and even go out of his way to fix things that he didn't have to just shows true professionalism and knowledge that he has. He was extremely courteous, friendly; he spent the time to check all the electrical fuses even though it was only the one he needed to fix. Then he gave us several quotes to solve our issues from not happening again. Under NO pressure from Brent, we chose one to avoid this in the future. Brent did a diagnostic and installed a surge protector and what a fantastic job he did! Definitely would love to have him back again!
Ijust had my A/C ducts cleaned. I am completely pleased with Ace that us ehy they are my A/C, electical, plumbing, etc service! I am extremely impressed with James Ligonde & Alberto Torres in their knowledge, patience, professionalism, teamwork....it's refreshing to see that in technicians. Thank you again, Ace! You truly exceeded my expectations yet again! 🙂”
