I'm giving four stars rather than 5 because of a breakdown in communication when I needed after-hours emergency services. Although there was a delay, eventually, the technician arrived. He was cordial, attentive, fixed my problem and was apologetic about the delay.The answering service did not have the best customer service rapport which contributed to my frustration.So, will I continue to use Mills Air? Yes. The manager gave me a follow up call and apologized. Their service was ususally stellar but they do need to improve their after-hours communication.

Our experience with Mills Air proved to be a positive one. We had problems with our air conditioning the very first time last Friday night. We called Mills Air and Leon came Sat. morning. He did an inspection and concluded that the motor had to be replaced, and he gave us an estimate of the part arrival and the subsequent visit to replace the part. As expected, Leon was here again earlier today and replaced the motor for us. Now our air conditioning is back functioning. My husband and I are very happy with Leon's service because he's polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!
