Chris was very professional while setting up the evaluation and service for my unit. Everything Chris said was on point. Javier the tech was very punctual and efficient. Javier diagnosed the issue very quickly (burnt out fan motor as I suspected). Then they installed quickly and inspected the rest of the unit at a very competitive price. Thank you both!

Let my tale be a lesson to anyone who has an air conditioner and enjoys using it in Florida during the summer: contact Temperature Pros. I had out-of-town family visiting when one of my units decided it was time to break down. Let me tell you, I was blown away by the response and service from Chris and his team. I quickly received a response, and his team was scheduled to come out. They diagnosed it as a coil failure and were able to quickly remedy the situation.
We are now on their maintenance plan and could not be happier with the level of professionalism, response time, and investment.
