Devin came out to my house because my A/C was leaking and told me the issue and what I can do to prevent it from happening again. Poor a gallon of water after using vinegar once a month and then suck out water with shop vac. He was very helpful with information.

Arrived at my house from work and found my ac not working. The lovely people at armstrong were able to get a tech to my house within the hour. They took their time explaining to me what was the issue and were able to get my ac up and running quick, thank you armstrong.

I requested a service call from Armstrong and a visit was scheduled for today. At the scheduled time, Mike, the service technician arrived at my home. He quickly diagnosed and rectified the issue with my thermostats. He was extremely courteous and explained what the problem was.Having purchased my A/C units from Armstrong 6 years ago, I’ve come to expect this level of service from them. It is refreshing to work with a company as professional as they are.Many thanks Armstrong.
